Verify Manager's Phone Number

This article explains how to verify a Manager's phone number.

The purpose of verifying a manager's phone number is to be able to receive communication via SMS on their mobile phones. It can be done in two ways.

  1. Via Manager list page. (Settings>Manager)

  2. Via Link sent in OTP (Two-factor) email to manager’s email ID

On the manager list page, you can see the Verify link beside the unverified numbers in red. On clicking the Verify button you will be redirected to the Phone number verification page as shown below.

OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the manager.

Please note: If due to network/data issues, the OTP is not delivered to your email or phone number, you would be able to resend it using the “Resend OTP” button which is enabled after 30 seconds of the generation of previous OTP.

Upon entering the correct OTP respective manager’s phone number will be verified.

If two-factor authentication is enabled for your account then the manager user will receive OTP via email as shown in the image below.

On clicking the link, you will be redirected to the login page. After login, you will be taken to the phone number verification page as shown below.

Upon entering the correct OTP manager’s phone number will be verified.

Please note: If due to network/data issues, the OTP is not delivered to your email or phone number, you would be able to resend it using the “Resend OTP” button which is enabled after 30 seconds of the generation of previous OTP.
