Understanding Monitor Page

This article describes how you can utilize Monitor page to keep a track of your employees in real time.

The 'Monitor' page consists of:

B. Map

A. EMPLOYEE TABLE

1. Name & Group: It displays the name of the employee and the group he is assigned to.

> You can click on the name to edit/change it.

2. Phone# : It displays the phone number of the employee .
Phone# is unique identifier and cannot be changed.
You can:
a. Click to do a last location look-up on the Map below the table.
b. Right-click to find the current device details. E.g. Battery level, GPS/WiFi Status, etc.
c. Setup location tracking schedule.

3. Device Status: It displays the schedule that a particular employee follow. It also displays the:
a. Current Auto-Tracking status as On/Off.
b. Current Device status, like Opted-out, GPS turned off, etc.
You can:
- Hover for troubleshooting tips, in case the status does not show as Okay.

5. Last Location: It displays the last reported location of the employee along with the timestamp.
You can:
- Click on the address to open the same on Google Map.

6. Job-Status: It displays the recent four Job-Status, e.g. On Shift, Driving, etc.
You can:
- Click on the Plus sign in the last column to change it. manually.

B. MAP

Click on 'Enable Map' to be able to monitor your employees in real-time.

C. ACTION PANEL

For the left section -

Filtering and Searching

  1. Refresh: To refresh the list of employees & update the information.

  2. Filter List & Map By: To filter by groups or certain property like Opted-out.

  3. Search: To search the List and Map by Name or Phone# of an employee.

For the right section -

The following actions can be performed on the Employee(s) once they are added:

1. Map: It opens up the Map view for the employee(s) in a new window. You can:

a. Choose to display between All Employees or a Group of employees.
b. View the Job-sites marked.
c. Filter by: Last Known location. Job-Status (E.g. All the employees on break).
d. View Location Breadcrumb for a selected device within a given date-range.
e. Set an auto-refresh timer for the window to update the latest information from the field every defined interval.

2. Locate: It can be used to get a live location of the selected employee/s.

3. Message: It can be used to message the employee(s) on the field. Here's how:
a. Select Employee(s).
b. Click on the Message Icon. The following dialog box will appear.

c. Select channel: Text SMS or In-App. [1]
d. Select a Message Template to edit or send directly. [2]
e. Click on Send.

4. Breadcrumb: It helps to display the location breadcrumb of the selected employee within a given time-frame. Here's how:

a. Select an Employee.
b. Click on the Breadcrumb Icon. The following pop-up will appear.

c. Select the time-range. [1 & 2]
d. Select Time-zone.
e. View to finish.

5. Suspend: It can be used to suspend or inactivate a phone/device.

6. Delete: It can be used when an employee is no more working with the company or buys a new phone.
