Schedule Report is a comprehensive tool that enables you to manage all the information around report schedules in a single, convenient location. Let's see how we can create a new report to fit your specific needs.

How to reach the page?

  • Click on Reports

  • Click on Schedule Reports tab

  • You have landed on the main page of Schedule Reports.


A. Schedule Report Main View

  • You can click the ‘Refresh’ icon to refresh the Schedule Reports page.

  • Click 'Add New' button to add a new Report Schedule.

  • Click 'Bulk Delete' after selecting to bulk delete Report Schedules at once.

  • 'Export to Excel' lets you export all the Report Schedule details to a CSV file.

  • The search functionality will enable you to search for a specific Report Schedule.

  • Show Status (Active/Inactive) will show you active inactive Report Schedules respectively.


B. Add a new Report Schedule

To create/add a new Report Schedule click on ‘+ Add new’ button from the main view page:

  1. Enter the Scheduler ID.

  2. Set status Active or Inactive.

  3. Select the Type of Report you would to opt Standard or Custom

  4. Select the Reports you would like to send from the dropdown below

  5. Select the Group or Employee for which you want to create the schedule for.

  6. Select the time range that you would like to receive the report for. The options are

    Time Range, Hours and Days.

    (i) If you select Time Range, you could add the start time end time and the Timezone

    (ii)If you select Hours, you would be able to provide the last hours you would like to receive the report for

    (iii) If you select Days, you would be able to provide the last days you would like to receive the report for

  7. Under Schedule Settings, you can add the Start Date of the report and whether the report should be repeated daily or weekly.

    (i)For Weekly select the days of the week.

  8. Select the End date of the Schedule.

    (i)Select 'Ends on Never' to run the schedule perpetually.

  9. Select the time zone and the time frame between which you want the schedule to run.

  10. Select the report medium. It could be email, FTP or a Google Sheet

  11. Select the Report Format

  12. Select the notifications email it could be for account manager and device.

  13. You could add an additional email as well

  14. Click on 'Done' to add the Report Schedule.


C. Delete a Report Schedule

To delete a Report Schedule :

  1. Click on the ‘Delete(Bin)’ icon on the sticky panel next to the Report Schedule.

  2. You will see a pop up - “Are you sure you want to delete?"

  3. Click on ‘Yes’ to delete.

  4. Click on ‘Cancel’ to cancel.

To bulk delete Report Schedule :

  1. Select the checkboxes of the Report Schedules that you want to delete.

  2. Click on ‘Bulk Delete’.

  3. You will see a pop up “Are you sure you want to delete the selected records?”.

  4. Click on ‘Yes’ to delete.

  5. Click on ‘Cancel’ to go back to the main view.


D. View a Report Schedule

To view a Report Schedule details :

  1. Click on the 'View (Eye)' icon next to the Report Schedule from the main view page.

  2. You can view the Scheduler ID, Status, Track Settings and to which Group/Employee the Report Schedule is assigned to.

  3. Click on 'Done' to go back to the Main view.

Note : You can edit and delete a Report Schedule directly from the view pop-up.


E. Edit a Report Schedule

To edit a Report Schedule details :

  1. Click on the ‘Edit (pencil)’ icon on the sticky panel next to the Report Schedule.

  2. You can edit the Active Status, Tracking Settings and the assignment of the Report Schedule to another Group/Employee.

  3. To save the changes click on ‘Save’.

  4. When clicking on ‘Cancel’.

    • If you have made edit(s) : You will see a pop up - “The changes are still unsaved. Are you sure you want to leave?

    • If you click on ‘Yes’, no changes will be saved.

    • If you click on ‘Cancel’, you will remain on the Edit pop-up.


F. Copy a Report Schedule

To copy an existing Report Schedule's details and create a Report Schedule:

  1. Click on the ‘Copy' icon next to the Report Schedule from the main view page.

  2. You will see the Copy Report Scheduler pop-up similar to the add new Report Schedule pop-up.

  3. Enter the details for the new Report Schedule

  4. Click on ‘Done’ to successfully add a Report Schedule copying all the other details.

Note: All the details of Report Schedule will get copied except the Schedule ID
