The route taken by a user over a period of time can be pulled by running a Breadcrumb report and then switching to Map View.

Here is how:

  1. Navigate to 'Reports' tab on under the Main Menu section.

  2. Select "Phone" to run individual report or "Phone Group" to run a group report.

  3. Select "Breadcrumb" report under Daily logs.

  4. Select the "date range" for the location trail via the calendar tool.

  5. Select "format" and hit "Get Report".

*You can also email the report by selecting "Email" under format.

Below screen shows a sample report:

Against every Name/Phone# we will have a link to the Map view, marked on the above screenshot. This will lead you to the following screen:

The feature provides a more detailed map of route taken during a given time range.
It takes into account the location history and estimated speeds calculated at each location, and then determines which roads the person actually took during their drive time, finally drawing a more accurate map and route history.

For the meaning conveyed by the different color of the legend found on the map.
