The 'Manage Load' Page is the core allGeo load management service feature that allows you to see the list of 'Drivers / Loads which are active and 'locatable'.  In this management window, you can select 'Drivers / Loads' and perform location look-ups and view their location on a map, check on their location status, see their last known location and initiate or stop an Auto-track feature the 'Drivers / Loads'.

Here is a quick tutorial video that will walk you through the basics of the load tracking service:

Service Icons:

Basic service features can be commanded through the associated icon. To use any particular feature click on the driver's phone you wish to locate and choose the relevant icon from the top right-hand of the panel.    You can also locate multiple loads/driver at once by clicking on the ones you want to locate and then clicking ion the appropriate icon on the top right line of the phone list.

Show Locatable Status: This icon lets you check the location status of the driver's phone. The device will be queried by the system and the status “Yes” or “No” will let you know if the device is active and locatable.

Show the Last Location: This icon lets you display the last reported location of the device. The location address and time will be displayed in the device list, while the map below the device list will show the location with a push-pin and status box. The location will also show relative accuracy through a colored circle. Note that not all location lookups will be done through GPS. Depending upon the phone's ability to sense and send GPS satellite signals to the allGeo system, the position may be reported via GPS or through less accurate Cell ID or other location information.

Find Current Location: This icon lets you command the system to locate the chosen device/load. The system will locate the devices and display their related address and time in the device list, and display their position in the mapping window below the list.

Start/Stop Auto-Track feature:  Manual auto-tracking can be useful for on/off or a more temporary automatic tracking.  Check out the article 'Setting up Manual auto-track' to learn about this feature.

If roll the cursor over the pushpin icon a details window will pop-up that also provides an SMS contact text window.

The above image shows the location details of the driver/load with all the details required in a pop- up window.  It shows the date at which it was located, the GPS location of the device, the speed of the device (if known) and the relative address where the device is located. It also provides an SMS contact window which will let you send a message to the device (if the message feature is enabled). It contains a text box where you can enter the custom message and send that message to the particular driver.
