To locate your loads on a map requires the phones are opted-in for location services. Check out this article for more information.
View the Last location on the map
Here is how to check the last location of your loads/drivers:
Navigate to 'View Load' tab on under the Manage Load section
Select the load/device, click on the globe icon (see the screen below). The map below will update and zoom in on the location.
Real-time location look up (current location)
Here is how to get the current location of your loads/drivers:
Navigate to 'View Load' tab on under the Manage Load section
Double click on the phone# (see screen below). This will initiate a real-time location lookup for that load/driver. A searching icon will display until the phone is located. This may take 20-30 seconds.
