MASTER SCHEDULE
'Master Schedule' in allGeo is a highly customizable template using which you can automate the system to do recurring tasks like Locating using an Auto-track schedule, send reports to Users / Admin and also text messages on a scheduled basis.

This involves following steps:
Creating a Report Schedule template
Setting Up Reporting frequency
Creating a Schedule template for Reports
Under the Main Menu (left-hand Side) click on 'Schedules' and Select 'Master Schedule'
Enter a name under the 'Create a master schedule' and click 'New' (as seen in the screen below). (Note: No space or special characters allowed)
Your new template will be created and you should see this new template added to the list of templates.
Select the new auto-track template and click edit (as seen below).

Active
Specifies if this template is active or idle. Tip: When creating a new schedule, select 'Yes' (default)
Device
Lets you select the devices that you want would participate in this schedule for reports. You can select all devices or a particular device or a group of devices.
Note: If you want multiple devices (but not all) then you will need to group these devices, and specify the group which will be listed on the drop down menu.
Recurring
Lets you specify if this reports schedule is recurring in nature. example daily (for the prescribed days).
Service Type
For setting up Reporting schedule, you'll need to set the service type as 'Report'. This will configure the allGeo system to send reports to the specified email address(es).
Reports To Send
Specify by checking the boxes against the reports that you would like to receive automatically by the system.
Note:
Breadcrumb report sums up the location history for the devices/phones
Message Reports sums up the message history between the allGeo and the participating devices. Tip: This would log all the job dispatched and its status back as indicated by the employees.
Report Range Options
This option allows you set the reporting range. You may set this to be based on time (of the day) choosing from and to time, an example from 9 am to 5 pm for the day. Or you may choose the reports to be for a period of time ( in hours or days) by choosing for the last 24 hrs or 30 days from the drop down options.
Reporting Frequency
Here you can check the boxes against the days of the week for this reports will be sent. Tip: above screens shows reports delivery setup only on weekdays (M to F).
In the from 'Field' set the time of the hour of the day for the reports to be sent out. In the duration 'field' setup 10mins as default
