This article explains steps involved in setting up SMS campaign in allGeo System

With allGeo location tagged enterprise messaging service which allows seamless, two-way location-targetted text, in-app messaging and IVR support for enterprise communication & dispatches.  Here is how to setup you SMS campaign from the Message Dashboard:

Setting up Message Campaign

  1. Navigate to 'Message' section under the main menu

  2. Enter your message content by clicking on the 'Edit' button against any of the templates named 'Message1', Message2, Message3'  and click 'Save' to save the message

  3. Select the phone(s) to send message.

  4. Select the message delivery medium -  SMS, Voice, or InApp  (Note: for InApp option, the phone(s) needs to have the allGeo app installed and registered)

  5. Hit 'Send' against the template ('Message1', Message2, Message3') that you want to send

The below screen illustrates the above steps.

Default Message Templates

'Message1', Message2, Message3' are the templates used for custom proactive message (initiated from the website) that you can send to the users.   While 'Autoresponse' is reactive and is used as a system response to an incoming message - from user(s).  An example a custom autoresponse to a user could be (Thanks for updating your job status!
