The allGeo service features unparalleled Privacy Controls providing the benefits of mobile workforce management to both employees and companies.  The allGeo service is  CTIA approved and compliant with MMA / Mobile Carrier guidelines for privacy standards.

Strong privacy controls  ensures:

  1. Tracking only during scheduled work hours

  2. Customizable tracking schedules for each Employee/Driver or groups

  3. Ad-hoc opt-in and opt-out ability is suitable for contingent or temporary workforce such as contract drivers and home-care staff  

Setting up location privacy setting for your account:

  1. Navigate to 'Account' section under the 'Admin' (on the Main menu)

  2. Scroll down on the page to find 'Locate Privacy Settings'

  1. Select 'Account' if you want to apply these privacy settings across all devices in your account, or select 'Device' if you want privacy to be handled differently for different devices

  2. 'Locate Period'  is the time window during which the phones will be tracked. Typically the work hours during workdays. 

  3. 'Locate Days' indicate the days on which the phones will be tracked.

  4. Do not locate when Time-clock status is On - This feature lets employee(s) handle their privacy using their allGeo app installed on their smartphones.  The user(s) may simply select 'Off shift' from their app (learn how), and the system will not track users during 'off shift' hours.  In the above example, the system will not track user(s) that have their 'Time-Clock' shift set to 'off shift'.
