Editing Account Information

Here you can set your account information, contact emails, enable auto-track on your account with an average frequency of locates, and other administrative functions.  Note that active fields will be highlighted in a darker blue and can be edited. Inactive fields (based on the type of account you have, and location needs), will be “grayed out“ and are not accessible. In this case, allGeo can provide location services based on app-based (app installed on a smartphone), network based (without any app)  and telematics-based using dedicated in-truck/in-trailer GPS/ telematics devices.

Editing Account Information

Account ID

Specifies your account ID this is set up at the time of creating your account. 

Account Description

This field holds the brief description of your account - generally, this is the company. 

Contact Name

Contains the name of the account admin. 

Contact Phone

Is the contact number for the admin, this field can also be used for text alerts and notifications sent from the allGeo platform. 

Long Code/ShortCode

The long code and short code for accounts are generally the used for 'location enhanced messaging' feature such as SMS based time-clock etc.

Please Note: You will not be able to edit this code and this code is unique to your account. And this is provided to you at the time of account creation.

Under the notify email, you can specify the email ID for your allGeo to notify in case, configured rule alerts are triggered. Rule Alert Message, this is the default SMS text that will be sent out in case if the default text message is not configured at the Rules Admin menu. 

Time-zone

This field specifies your account time zone - all the time-based activities and settings for your account such scheduled tracking, reporting etc will be based on this time-zone. To edit, select the time zone from the drop-down list, and hit 'change' to save settings.
