Automatic tracking settings for each device (for disparate workforce schedules)

You can customize auto tracking settings for Specific Phones(s) (at device level)  (discussed in this article) or use across the board settings for all devices in your accounts (learn more about this here)

Auto-track settings at Device level

Here are the steps (as seen in the screen above):

  1. Navigate to 'Phone' or 'Device' admin under the Admin section of the main menu. 

  2. Select the 'Phone/Device' and hit 'Edit'.

  3. This will take you to the device edit page that has the 'Auto-tracking settings' (see below).

Auto Track Settings

AutoTrack 

Select 'Enabled' to enable for this device. 

Days

Select the “Days” when the auto track schedule needs to be active for this device.

Auto Track Period

Select the from and to time for the day you want this device to be tracked.

Frequency  

Specify how often you want this device(phone) to be tacked when auto tracking.   In the below example the tracking frequency is set to be once every 30 minutes.
