allGeo offers various options for the end user/employees to use the GPS Time-Clocking feature on both App and No-app service.
App Options:
Automatic Time-clock: Automatically detects in/out from job-sites using Geofencing. An automatic tracking schedule in place. Learn more about the setup
Manual Time-clock: User manually check-in/out to indicate shift changes clocking in their time. The tracking schedule (if required) will start and stop when the user starts and stops their shift. Learn more about the setup
No App Options:
SMS or Text based Time-clock: Easy to use text based using text commands to a pre-assigned number. Employees can simply text in (without quotes and to exactly match with) "On", "Off", "Driving", "Break" to the system to indicate their activity stages. Works on all phones. No tracking schedule required
IVR Phone call Time-clock: Easy to use geo-tagged Interactive Voice Response based time clocking. Employees can simply dial into a pre-assigned number, follow the instruction to check in and check out, employees can indicate shifts, customers, and even task. Each employee will be given a unique employee ID. Works on all phones. No tracking schedule required
