Generally, the tracking may be interrupted due to one or more of the following reasons:
When the phone has its 'WiFi, GPS and or its location services settings turned off
When the phone is in a poor network is unable to push its location to our servers. (the app will still try to push the location information as soon as the phone has a reliable data connection at a later time)
When the phone is powered off
You can check the device status for any indication of the problem. Here's how
The system can be set up to send out alerts (via email or text) to managers and or the phones - when any of the phones have not reported (say) in 60mins. Let us know at support@abaq.us (or via chat here) if you'd like these alerts to be set up.
