allGeo provides a 'one-click' integration with QuickBooks account for all your payroll data using APIs. Here are the steps to syncing allGeo with your QuickBooks accounts:
Connecting QuickBooks & allGeo (Online)
Login into your allGeo account and access the 'Account Admin' page under the 'Admin' section and click on the 'Connect to QuickBooks button
Sign into your QuickBooks account
Here is how:
Enter QuickBooks account details - Name/PWD to log into your QB account
You will be directly logged into to your QB account.
Select your QB Profile and Click OK
Click 'Authorize' (button) QuickBooks to send and receive data from your allGeo Account.
Upon completion, you will see the Intuit Icon appear at the top, and a link called ‘Manage Quickbooks Online’ will show up on the 'Account page' as seen below (in place of the Connect to QuickBooks button from earlier )
This completes the allGeo and QuickBooks integration. Now you can send and receive data from allGeo into your QuickBooks account. Learn more.
