This article explains how you can run various reports available at Employee, Group or Account level.

With allGeo you can generate highly customized reports that can be easily used for attendance verification, security audits, payroll, mileage, QR scans, forms, field data, and any other contract compliance purposes.

You can pull out the 'Reports' for an individual employee, by a group or at the account level.

Group, lets you access reports for all employees in that particular group and from Employee you access reports for a particular employee.

Reports description shows all the column names that the report contains. You can also get more details about each column by hovering over it.

Here's how you can run any report for either individual employee, group or account:
A. Report level - Select employee/group/account.

B. Report Category

  1. Select from the various standard reports available under proper category: Tracking, Time-Clocking, Field-Data & Work order.

  2. If you had requested for any custom report, they will be listed under the category named the same.

C. Once done, click on the reports name to run, download or email the reports. The reports are available for download in various formats like .csv, .pdf, and excel format or viewing them in the .html format on your browser.


You can even have them mailed directly to you and interested parties on an on-off basis or on a more regular daily/weekly schedule. Here is how you can do it.
