allGeo allows you to couple tasks and Job-sites in an easy way, wherein the employees assigned to a particular job-site automatically gets the task list available to them.
Here's how you can assign Tasks to the Job-sites:
Select a Job-site.
Click on the Tasks icon (refer image). The following pop-up window will appear.
3. Select the Tasks from the list of available Tasks.
4. Click on Assign to finish.
Please note:
All the employees assigned to the selected Job-site (Chicago Warehouse) will now be able to select the assigned task (Tally Inventory) on the mobile app.
You can also assign All the tasks available to the selected Job-site by checking "all" at the top of the Task list.
