When the employees are on the go, you can quickly check the status of their device.
On the 'Monitor' page:
Right click on the Phone number of the employee whose device status you want to check.
- You will be able to check details about:
a. App: App Version, Last Activity.
b. Connectivity: Cell Network, Carrier, Location Services, Wifi Status.
c. Phone: Model, Manufacturer, OS Version, Battery.
Most importantly, it can be used to check the following:
a. Is the version of the app installed latest or not?
b. Is the phone's location (GPS) status on or off?
c. Is the phone charged enough to last for the scheduled work day?
2. The 'Device Status' column displays the last time the app was active and the last location time. It will also tell you if the employee's device location is on or off.
