  1. allGeo will need to be installed on the employees' phones.

  2. Employees would need to provide location tracking permission to the allGeo app (set to ALWAYS track). allGeo ensure strict privacy controls by only tracking during shift hours. Employees can opt out at any time.

  3. The app would wake up at a prescheduled time and start tracking the employee via the phone app. The app will automatically shut down at the end of the shift.

  4. Location pings are typically recorded every 15min. This can be adjusted down (i.e. track every 5min) if needed. Please note that higher frequency tracking would impact the phone's battery consumption.

  5. Geofence job sites can be set in allGeo with a street address and ~300 feet radius

  6. The app would record all the time inside the job sites. It will also record arrive and depart events from the sites.

  7. allGeo Reports will show time at a site, time outside sites, travel time and mileage between sites.

  8. If the user app stops tracking during shift hours, allGeo can send an alert to the user and manager to restart the app.

  9. Users can receive a reminder every morning to ensure that their app is running.

p.s. app may close down when the phone is powered down or if the user accidentally removes the GPS tracking permission.
