1. Welcome to allGeo v4
Everything you did in v3, you can still do in v4. We reorganized the menu and simplified the design so pages are easier to find, and the workflow flows in a logical order.
allGeo v4 keeps the core functionality, data, settings, and workflows available in v3.
The primary menu and page organization have been updated to make commonly used features easier to find.
This guide helps v3 managers locate pages that have been renamed, moved, or reorganized in v4.
Use the v3 to v4 page finder in Section 4 to quickly locate a page you used in v3.
2. What changed (and what didn't)
v4 has two main changes: a reorganized primary menu and a simpler, cleaner interface. How features work stays the same.
Area | What changed in v4 | What stays the same |
Primary menu | Fewer top-level items, grouped by workflow | All v3 pages still exist |
Page names | Some pages renamed to clearer, consistent labels | Page functionality and data |
Page location | Some pages moved under a new parent menu | Permissions for your manager role |
Visual design | Minimal layout, consistent tables, buttons, and filters | Reports, exports, and settings values |
The v4 menu follows a manager’s workflow, moving from setup to daily operations, monitoring, and reporting, making related features easier to find.
3. A tour of the new primary menu
The v4 menu is ordered to match a manager's day. Give each top-level item one line on what lives there.
v4 menu item | What you'll find here | Pages under it |
Dashboard | Overview of key account activity and day-to-day operations. | Dashboard |
Scheduling | Create, manage, and monitor employee schedules. | Scheduler, Active Schedules |
Field Data | Monitor field activity and access timesheets. | Monitor, Timesheets |
Reports | Run and manage account reports. | My Reports |
Company Setup | Manage employees, jobsites, forms, settings, pay rules, and account settings. | Settings, Employee, Group, Managers, Jobsite, Cost items, Messages, Mobile Forms, Tools, Labor & Pay Rules |
Automation | Configure and manage automated account workflows. | [Page, Page, Page] |
