Once an employee or a driver is no longer employed by the company, the phone should be opted out of the service. This is a legal privacy requirement. Here is how to Optout:
Opting Out a Phone:
Login to you allGeo account.
Go to 'Manage Team' or 'Manage Load' Window. (#1 in the screen below)
Select the device(s) that you want to Optout. (# 2 as seen in the screen below)
Select 'Optout' from the Dropdown menu. (#3 as seen in the screen below)
Hit 'Optin' button. This will send a text message to the user's phone confirming the Optout
