Based on device ownership (company owned & employee owned phone) you can add devices into allGeo using multiple ways. Please choose from below, the option that best suits your business.
For End-User / Employee owned Phones
Bulk Provisioning devices
For a list of phones to be added (that are owned by the user), fill out this Employee-Phone-Numbers.CSV file. Once the CSV file details are filled out, you can send the file to support@abaq.us (please mention your company name in the subject line) You may also upload the file to on the bottom of the page and the phones will automatically be added to the system.
Add devices One-by-one
Here are the steps to add devices one at a time (fields highlighted in the screen above):
Go to Phone Admin under the Admin section (on the left-hand side menu).
Enter the phone number in the format 9876543210 (without spaces or special formatting like 987-654-3210)
Against the 'desc' enter the device's description usually the username. say John Smith.
Rest of the options 'Phone' 'TLP' and 'User' should be the default (for most cases)
Accept terms by checking the box against it. Select Opt-In to send an Optin request to the cell phone.
Click Add to add the device. This device will be listed amount other below.
*Note: If Optin is checked, a text message will be sent to the user requesting consent.
Once you've provisioned the phone numbers into the system, you'll need to Optin the device(s) to be able to locate from the web portal. Lear more on this here: How to Opt-in
For Company Owned Phones
Company owned phones can be directly provisioned and opted into the service (doesn't require a consent from the end user). An opt-in notification will be sent to the phone. Note that prior to adding a phone, an authorized company representative needs to certify that the phones are owned by the company & authorize allGeo location & messaging service to run on the phones. allGeo provides an online authorization form that can be electronically signed.

Just fill in your company details on the first page, and enter the devices on the second page that you wish to add, list the device(s) that needs to be removed on the 3rd page. 'click to e-sign' the document and hit send.
