The Breadcrumb report shows the location history for your field employee(s) for the selected date range. It also helps visualize the location along with the routes taken on a map via the map link.

Here's how you can run the breadcrumb report:

  1. Click on the Breadcrumb Report from the Tracking Reports category to Run/download/email the report.

  2. Select the Employee name from the dropdown for whom you want to run the report.

  3. Select the Date range.

  4. Click on Get Report to generate the report.

Below is a sample report for you to check.

In the above report, we have two column header as "Site Status" and "Event Type" which can be used to understand the report better:

1. Site Status

'Off Premise' indicates the location picked was not within a Job-Site at that particular time.
'On Premise' indicates the location picked was within a Job-Site at that particular time.

2. Event Type

'Trip' indicates the device was tracked under a running schedule at that particular time.
'Manual' indicates the device did a manual location update at that particular time.

Note: 'N/A under address header' in Reports indicates that the GPS might be turned off, and thus the App was not able to get a location at that particular time.

3. View on Map

On the top right, we will have a link to the Map view, marked on the above screenshot. This will lead you to the following screen:

The feature provides a more detailed map of the route taken during a given time range. It takes into account the location history and estimated speeds calculated at each location and then determines which roads the person actually took during their drive time, finally drawing a more accurate map.

Note: - The report can also be scheduled and sent via email.
