Once the employee(s) are added to the account, the managers can send allGeo app download link to their phones.
The messaging dashboard is available under the field-data section and here's how it can be accessed:
Marked [A] is the Templates section.
This section has a predefined template with the download link which can be send via SMS, In-app or IVR.
This msg can be edited or send directly to employee(s) as described below:
a. Click on the Send Icon against "Download_App_Msg" template. The following pop-up will appear.
b. Select the Employee(s) to whom you want to send the message.
c. Select channel: Text SMS, In-App or Voice (IVR call).
d. Click on Send to finish.
This link will direct the employee(s) to the respective App store for easy downloading.
Please Note:
You also have an option to search within the Employee list.
If you would have chosen to send the download app link to employee(s) option at the time of addition, they would have already got the app download link.
