The messaging dashboard is available under the Company section and here's how it can be accessed:

Marked [A] is the Templates section and [B] the Push-notifications.

This section can be used to create, edit, save and send messages via SMS, In-app and IVR.

These messages can be edited or sent directly to employee(s) as described below:
1. Select Message Template.
2. Click on the Send Icon. The following pop-up will appear.

3. Select the Employee(s) to whom you want to send the message.
4. Select channel: Text SMS, In-App or Voice (IVR call).
5. Click on Send to finish.

Note: You also have an option to search within the Employee list.

[B] Push Notifications

This section can be used to send Push-notifications. Here's how:

1. Select Employee.
2. Select Notification type: Send a notification text.
3. Give a title to the message.
4. Fill in the Message body.
5. Click on "Send notification" to send.
