Adding Job Site(s) in allGeo

The Job Site page lets manager's manage all the information around each job site in the best way possible. You can take a view of all the job sites that are listed in your account. Add new job sites as per requirement's and also edit and delete existing ones.


How to reach the page?

  • Click on 'Company'

  • Click on 'Job Sites'

  • You will land on the Job Sites page.


A. Add a new Job Site

To create a new Job Site click on ‘Add new’ button from the main view page

(For adding Individual Job Site)

  1. Add Job Site name

  2. Select Geo zone Type (Circle or Polygon)

  3. If selected Geo zone type is Circle, enter the ‘Radius’

  4. Enter the address of the job site

  5. Click on ‘Advanced setup’ to show advanced fields that can be filled by you if required

  6. Click on ‘Add’ to successfully create a job site

(For adding Multiple Job Sites)

  1. You can browse to choose CSV/XLSX file or drag and drop CSV/XLSX file directly. While uploading the file please make sure the columns data type is plain text.

  2. Click on ‘Upload’ to successfully create a multiple job sites

B. Delete a Job Site

To delete a job site :

  1. Click on the ‘Delete(bin)’ icon on the sticky panel next to the Job Site

  2. You will see a pop up - “Are you sure you want to delete?"

  3. Click on ‘Yes’ to delete

  4. Click on ‘Cancel’ to go back to the main view

To bulk delete job sites :

  1. Select the checkboxes of the Job Sites that you want to delete

  2. Click on ‘Bulk Delete’

  3. You will see a pop up “Are you sure you want to delete the selected records?”

  4. Click on ‘Yes’ to delete

  5. Click on ‘Cancel’ to go back to the main view


C. View a Job Site

To view a job site and related details:

  1. Click on the ‘View (eye)' icon from the main view page

  2. Click on 'Back' to return to the main view

Note : You can edit and delete Job Site's directly from the view page


D. Edit a Job Site

To edit details of a job site :

  1. Click on the ‘Edit (pencil)’ icon for a particular job site

  2. Click ‘Edit on Map’ to open Geo zone popup. You can enter the coordinates of the job site and click on 'Submit' to directly update the same.

  3. You can see all the details of the particular job site and edit them

  4. To save the changes click on ‘Save’

  5. When clicking on ‘Cancel’

    • If you have made edit(s) : You will see a pop up - “The changes are still unsaved. Do you still want to leave?

    • If you click on ‘Yes’, none of the changes are saved

    • If you click on ‘Cancel’, you will remain on the Edit page
