Adding Manager(s) in allGeo

Manager's page lets you take a view of all the managers listed in your account. You can add new managers as per requirement's and also edit and delete existing ones.

How to reach the page?

  • Click on 'Company'

  • Click on 'Managers'

  • You will land on the Managers page.


A. Manager Main View

  • You can click the ‘Refresh’ icon to refresh the Managers page

  • Click 'Add New' button to add a new manager

  • Click 'Bulk Delete' after selecting to bulk delete managers at once

  • 'Select OTP Medium' lets you select the OTP medium (SMS or Email) to verify the manager

  • 'Export to Excel' lets you export all the managers details

  • The search functionality will enable you to search for a specific manager


B. Add a new Manager

To create/add a new manager click on ‘Add new’ button from the main view page

  1. Assign a manager ID.

  2. Enter the email of the manager.

  3. Enter the phone number of the manager.

  4. Select the checkboxes to proceed.

  5. Click on ‘Add’ to successfully add a manager.

Note: We will validate if the ‘Manager ID’ entered by you is unique or not. If the ‘Manager ID’ already exists, you will see a message “Manager ID already exists”.


C. Delete a Manager

To delete a manager :

  1. Click on the ‘Delete(bin)’ icon on the sticky panel next to the manager's name.

  2. You will see a pop up - “Are you sure you want to delete?"

  3. Click on ‘Yes’ to delete.

  4. Click on ‘Cancel’ to cancel.

To bulk delete manager's :

  1. Select the checkboxes of the managers that you want to delete.

  2. Click on ‘Bulk Delete’.

  3. You will see a pop up “Are you sure you want to delete the selected records?”.

  4. Click on ‘Yes’ to delete.

  5. Click on ‘Cancel’ to go back to the main view.


D. View a Manager

To view a manager and related details:

  1. Click on the ‘View (eye)' icon next to the manager's name from the main view page

  2. Click on 'Back' to return to the main view

Note : You can edit and delete Managers directly from the view page


E. Edit a Manager

To edit a manager and related details:

  1. Click on the ‘Edit (pencil)’ icon for the particular manager

  2. You can edit the Manager Information, Group Authorization Settings, Login Page Settings, Access Level Settings, User Access Control

  3. To save the changes click on ‘Save’

  4. When clicking on ‘Cancel’

    • If you have made edit(s) : You will see a pop up - “The changes are still unsaved. Are you sure you want to leave?

    • If you click on ‘Yes’, none of the changes are saved

    • If you click on ‘Cancel’, you will remain on the Edit page


F. Copy a Manager

To copy an existing Manager's details and create a new manager:

  1. Click on the ‘Copy' icon next to the manager's name from the main view page

  2. You will see the Copy Manager Details pop-up similar to the add new manager pop-up

  3. Enter the details for the new manager

  4. Select the checkboxes to proceed.

  5. Click on ‘Add’ to successfully add a manager copying all the other details.

Note : You need to enter the Manager ID, User Email and Phone Number. All other details for the manager will be copied.
