The Tools page provides the manager some additional features. It consists of Upload Hub to bulk upload various records, Form Builder to build forms as per as your business requirement and QR Generator to generate QR codes for daily tasks.
How to reach the page?
Click on 'Company'
Click on 'Tools'
You will land on the Tools page.

A. Upload Hub
Upload Hub allows you to upload various records at once in a single place. All you need to do is select a category of file for upload, download a sample CSV file, enter your records and save it, drag and drop the same file and click on Upload.
You can upload multiple Employees, Job-Sites, Tasks, Payroll Profiles, Earning Codes and Deduction Codes via the Upload Hub currently.

B. Form Builder
Form Builder allows you to choose the components which you might require to build a form.
You can provide the Form Name and your organization logo in the Logo URL.
In order to build a form, you can pick elements from the left panel and drag them to the center.
Once you have drafted a layout, you can find a glimpse of how it would appear on your mobile device.
Click on "Download HTML" button to download the HTML version of the form.
Once you have downloaded the form, you can visit the Company page and add the new form which you have created.
C. QR Generator
QR Generator allows you to create QR codes based on your requirement. You would have to fill in the description and the relevant QR code would be generated. On clicking the "Download" button, you can download the codes which you have created.
A zip file would be saved on your device consisting of the following three items:
QR Code folder includes QR Codes in PNG format which can be further used by the field employees.
QR Summary is a pdf file which provides an overview of the QR codes.
README is a HTML file which introduces about the files in the ZIP file.
